Delivery, Return and Exchange Policy

Delivery Policy Domestic Shipping (Pakistan)

We use PostEx courier service for shipping across Pakistan. Delivery takes 3 to 7 business days depending on the city. Once we dispatch, a tracking number will be emailed to you for your reference.

Return/Exchange

The Essentials

To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must meet the following criteria:
Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received them.
Tags: All original tags and labels must remain attached.
Packaging: Items should be returned in their original packaging whenever possible.
Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or order number is required.

Exchanges and Refunds

You have 7 days from the date of delivery to initiate an exchange. Once we receive and inspect your item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange. An exchange process will take about 10-15 working days from receiving the product to verifying it and then sending the exchanged product back to the customer. Rebel Apparel doesn’t offer refunds only exchanges.

Shipping Costs

Defective Items: Rebel Apparel only sells items after careful inspection in perfect condition, but to err is human; in the exceptional case that you receive an incorrect or defective garment, we apologize for the slip-up! In this case, Rebel Apparel will cover all return shipping costs.
Standard Returns: For size exchanges, the customer is responsible for return shipping fees and exchange shipping fees of Rs. 250.

Pack It Up: Securely pack your items in their original packaging with all tags and labels attached. A valid receipt showing order number and details should be included with the returned parcel in order to validate exchange.
Ship It: Follow the instructions provided by our team to send the package to our warehouse.
Note: Rebel Apparel reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above requirements.
